Missionary welfare refers to the provision of support and assistance to individuals who engage in missionary work, typically with the goal of spreading religious beliefs, providing humanitarian aid, or engaging in community development activities in different parts of the world. The well-being and welfare of missionaries are important considerations to ensure their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met while they are away from their home countries.

This may include language acquisition, cultural sensitivity training, and education about the challenges they may face in their destination countries before every mission we will ensure our missionaries are trained.
Finiacial Support Missionaries rely on financial support to cover their living expenses, travel costs, and other needs. Humanity in Crisis (HIC) will often raise funds to support their missionaries or provide them with a stipend or salary to meet their basic needs.
Health Care Ensuring access to healthcare is crucial for the well-being of missionaries. we will provide medical insurance, arrange for regular check-ups, and offer assistance in case of medical emergencies.
Housing And Living Arrangements Missionaries often require suitable accommodation during their time in the field. we will arrange for housing or help missionaries find appropriate living arrangements on the mission field.
Emotional And Spiritual Support Being away from home and facing challenging situations can be emotionally and spiritually demanding for missionaries. Humanity in Crisis (HIC) will provide counseling services, mentorship programs, and opportunities for spiritual growth and support just to keep our missionaries on a move.

Humanity in Crisis (HIC) will take measures to ensure the safety and security of our missionaries, providing guidance on travel, maintaining communication protocols, and implementing crisis management plans
